Welcome!

This is the community site for The Glue Project.
It's where leaders of all kinds can share advice and get help.
Running any kind of community is hard. Help from your peers is often the best kind.
Whether about politics or pugs, frisbee or freedom, all communities share the need to create strong social glue.
How to recruit? What's the best technology? How do I motivate members to be more active? How do I handle dodgy members?
So, post on the blog. Start a group for specialized issues or community-types. Ask a question in the forums. Share knowledge and get insight.
Come in the spirit of learning and paying back. Contribute ideas and help others who do the same hard work as you: making the world better by making stronger social glue.
